Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 90 days. If 90 days have passed since you received your item, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return item requirements:
  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in good condition with original tags and packaging.
  • All swimsuits and onesies must be tried on in underwear. Protective sanitary strips must remain in place and cannot be removed.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
If your return does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to accept your items and they will be refused and returned to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
An item with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 1-3 business days for your refund to be officially issued.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take 1-3 working days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In the event of damage
You are responsible for inspecting your product upon receipt. Any damage incurred upon receipt must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered customer damage and will not be covered under warranty. If not reported within 14 days of receipt, defects and discrepancies will be deemed "acceptable" and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you choose to return the damaged merchandise, the purchase price, taxes, and shipping costs will be refunded.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase in the form of your original receipt will be required for any exchange, return, or service claim.
Credits and Refunds

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the returned merchandise is found to have a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit
A restocking fee will be charged for merchandise returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage. The restocking fee does not apply to non-furniture items as defined above
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, except for cash and check purchases, in which case a company check will be issued and may take up to 1-3 business days to process. If an item is purchased using a Reward Certificate and returned, the Reward will be forfeited unless an exchange of equal or greater value is made at the time of return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture fits within all interior structures and into the required space. Items returned or exchanged due to size issues will be refunded in the form of a store gift card only, less the initial shipping and/or restocking fee. For items picked up at home, refunds will be processed once they are received and inspected at the warehouse. Depending on your pickup location, it may take up to 3 days for this refund to be processed.
